The new year has arrived and once again, most of us have made a declaration that this year will be our year, this year, I will make a change, this year I will be healthier than I have ever been, only to hit a brick wall after a couple of weeks for some, a couple of months for others and unfortunately, a couple of days for the rest of us. 😔😠

But have no fear, somehow, someway, you guys have landed on our page our website etc. And thankfully you have finally found someone who is going to give you not only researched backed information , but individually self proven information and advice that one can legitimately take home and use that will bring guaranteed results if we just play our part and incorporate a lot of the tips that we share with you.

#1 less alcohol consumption

#2 if you're not horny, you're not healthy. Meaning listen to your body things not performing properly, those little aches and pains those are telling signs of your health condition.

#3 when snacking, eat quality high protein snacks (message me and sign up for the program for the complete detailed list)

#4 eat slower, make sure to chew all of your food, sounds basic and simple, but focus on that for one month and watch the difference

#8 eat lots of fruit, it's nearly impossible to over eat fruit

#10 do not underestimate the power of cold showers to eliminate stress and invigorate your body. They can be magical to one's body.
